Desiccant Master Batch

PE&PP recycle materials often contain trace moisture. If not eliminated, the moisture will form into drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the related products when processing, which brings the effects to the performance and appearance of the products. PE&PP Defoam Masterbatch DC103is white solid granular, has good compatibility with PE&PP.

PS resin often contain trace moisture, especially the recycle PS, its moisture is harder to eliminate. If not eliminated, the moisture will form into drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the related products when processing, which brings the effects to the performance and appearance of the products.

ABS resin easily absorb water from air, often contain trace moisture, and must be fully dry. Especially the plastic parts, its surface required gloss, which need a long warm-dry.

DZ301 is a special Toughened Masterbatch of ABS(used in PS). It can significantly improve the toughness of ABS, its low temperature impact strength , the flow of processing performance and its production efficiency.
